(Freedom of speech? Not if your speech affects the bottom line of an oligarch). Did you know that when you eat a Big Mac, you are eating a heavily subsidized piece of meat and that it took 660 gallons of water to raise that share of the beef? And did you know that 91% of the deforestation of the Amazon region is due to cattle grazing? Or that the world's cattle consume several times the amount of water as the world's humans? That fishing is no longer sustainable? (Not mentioned in the movie, but true: as compared with 1950 levels, only a remnant, sometimes as little as 10%, of all large ocean fish stock remains). That the organizations entrusted with raising awareness of environmental issues refuse to discuss the main cause of all environmental threats?
